How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better! This way you can make sure you get your ideal date and time. In general, I ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any session (depending on each situation), but if I have the time to squeeze you in I will try my best!
What do you need from me to reserve?
I ask for a few details as per usual, such as your name, your email, the type of session you are looking for, the session location, and an agreed-upon date and time for the session. I also ask for a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total to save the date and time in addition to a signed agreement stating the details and arrangements made. This way there will be no confusion or mix-ups! If you need advice on the best times and locations, please let me know - I am happy to help!
Where do you shoot?
I am based out of Manuel Antonio/Quepos, but I travel all over Costa Rica to come meet you where you want the session! Just specify the location when you contact me and I will come up with the best pricing scheme possible to make it work for everyone.
What is your photo turnaround time?
This depends on the time of year! Just like how the tourism perks up in the sunnier, less rainy months in Costa Rica, so does my business! In general, my turnaround times from mid-December through to mid-May are 3-4 weeks, whereas in the rainier season from mid-May through to mid-December, my turnaround times are about 2-3 weeks. I try my best to get your photos done as soon as possible, with as much care as possible. I edit all of my photos myself and pride myself on my editing, so a little bit of time is required to make sure you are 100% satisfied with my work!
Can you make the turnaround time faster?
I definitely can, but this will come with an extra cost as it does interrupt my natural workflow of finishing my clients' projects in chronological order. If you need rushed photos, please let me know before booking, to ensure I will be able to fulfill your needs.
